If you are searching for a property management company to handle your home as a full-time rental, search no more!  We can barely provide a list of rentals to all of our customers.  Once we get them – we rent them!  But, not without a proper screening process provided by Alpha Professional Service (APS) which verifies a Consumer Credit and Consumer Background Report.  APS will either guarantee or disqualify tenant – meaning that once guaranteed, APS will pay for any eviction process if necessary in the future.  You as the owner always have the final say so on that is chosen.

 

Our vacation program is also very exciting!  Our property manager’s handle making reservations for our guests placing them in properties that suit their needs, as well as their budgets.  A major concern to owners of vacation rental property is damage caused by clients.  Please rest assured that a security deposit is collected in advance by check or credit card for the security deposit.  The deposit is mailed back to the customer after your home is inspected by one of our full-time cleaning crews.  They are trained to carefully look for damages, as well as lock all doors and windows and return your home to a clean rent able condition.  Of course, you will still need to do a “spring and fall” deep cleaning to keep your home in “tip top” shape!  Vacation renters bring their own sheets, towels, and paper goods.  You, as the property owner, are required to provide the rest.  We will provide you a list of suggested items to have in your home. There is a San Bernardino County Short-Term Private Home Rental Permit that is required for you to have in order to rent your property on a vacation/short term (less than 30 days) basis.

If an emergency situation occurs at either your full-time or vacation property after business hours, Triple A Rentals, is always here to help.  Our property management crew is on call 24 hours, along with a full-time maintenance company.
