The property should be left in the same condition on departure as it was found on arrival. If any cleaning supplies are needed, you may purchase them in the local markets. If the property, appliances, furnishings, etc. are not in acceptable condition or working order, you must notify our office within one (1) hour of check-in of the conditions/problems. Cleaning/maid service is available upon check out upon request for an additional fee.

You need to bring your own sheets, towels and pillowcases. The beds have blankets, bedspreads and pillows. Linen service is available upon request for an additional fee.

No pets are allowed in our properties without the expressed written consent of our management.

Arrowhead Mountain Resorts Rental Company is not responsible whatsoever for snow removal at any of our rental properties. Some selected properties will have one-car parking made available. Please remember to bring chains for your automobile, a shovel, outdoor winter wear, kitty litter to make steps easier to walk on, and any other items you feel you may need for your comfort and protection. If you are interested in having snowplowing or snow shoveling done at your rental property, this service is available upon request for an additional fee.

Most of our properties have a fireplace. Firewood is your responsibility. Firewood delivery service is available upon request for an additional fee.
