The Accidental Rental Damage Insurance Plan (ARDI)
ARDI is an insurance plan that provides coverage for accidental damages to your vacation unit during your stay, in place of a security deposit. The costs are as follows:
$45 = $1,500 of coverage
$69 = $3,000 of coverage
$175 = $5,000 of coverage
$325 = $10,000 of coverage
ARDI covers unintentional damage to your vacation unit during your stay, up to the coverage you purchased. Renters commonly use ARDI to cover things like carpet spills, furniture tears, broken lamps and more. ARDI also provides coverage for damage caused by pets but, you must be staying in a pet friendly home!
