Thank you for considering Arrowhead Mountain Resorts Rental Company as your property management company to rent your property on a full-time basis. We offer the following:

• We obtain prospective tenants for your approval, including providing credit checks.
• Execute lease agreements subject to your approval.
• Collect security deposits.
• Deduct our monthly fee as rent is collected and forward the proceeds to you.
• Provide you with copies of all document action and statements including year-end statements and 1099’s.
  
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance subject to your approval of estimates of any costs over $100.
  
• Deal exclusively with the tenants and advise you on relevant matters.
  
• Post 3-day notices and coordinate with an eviction service if needed.
  
• Inspect your property before and after each occupant.
  
• Account to tenant for security deposit and ready your property to re-rent.
  
• We handle your rental problems for you, but also keep you informed.
